Participating in the survey will give you the opportunity to enter a draw to win one of thirty $20 Amazon.ca gift cards. This may be done by entering an email address of your choosing after taking the survey. Emails are recorded on a separate, encrypted, and protected spreadsheet that is completely unassociated with the survey responses. It is  used only for the draw, after which it will be deleted.
